Aromatherapy for anxiety relief

Anyone could experience a little anxious dealing with day to day activities in office or at home, not to mention dealing with certain problems. Fatigue, migraine or headaches, insomnia, allergies, digestive problems and heart disease are symptoms of abnormal anxiety. When it’s too much, anxiety turns into a serious problem, not to mention become an influencing problem for other severe illnesses. Some aromatherapy and essential oils would help you.

Calm and ease your nerves are the purpose of the usage of aromatherapy. You can create a blend of recommended essential oils and use this remedy for regular body massage, dry inhalation when you feel the attack, vaporizing or you can take an aromatic bath for let loose of your tension.

  • Petitgrain calms panic and anger.

You can formulate aromatherapy for anxiety blends by mixing 2 drops chamomile, 3 drops petitgrain, and 1 drop ylang ylang. This blend could also be used for a nice massage, and if you are, you can dilute it with 15 ml sweet almond oil. And for inhalation, you can put two or three drops of this remedy in an oil burner.

If you want to have a nice and relaxing bath between your hard and stressful activities, you could add a few drops of those essential oils to bath salt. For the salt you might want to use Epsom salt or Dead Sea salt which has been known to reduce anxiety, calmness and stress release. And for Epsom Salt, it is known for ease of back pain, muscle strain and relieve aching limbs.

A high standard level of expectation at work, home or daily activities could cause anxiety. You might want to learn and accept that nothing and no one could be 100% perfect.
